Belkoop provides a place to view and post listings for cars, real estate and second-hand goods. Belkoop is not a party to a sale, rental or other contract between users.

You provide accurate details and keep your password to yourself. Sign-in is available only after the email address is confirmed. You are responsible for what happens through your account.

You post only offers that are yours or that you may publish. The content must be accurate and must not break the law. Belkoop may refuse, hide or remove a listing, for example in case of abuse, a prohibited offer or a misleading presentation.

The free plan limits how many active listings you can have. Paid plans are activated only after a payment is connected. That payment is not available at this time.

You may not use the site to defraud, misuse someone else’s account, disrupt the service or offer prohibited goods. Automated exhaustion of login, registration or password reset is not allowed.

Listings come from users. Belkoop does not review every listing in advance and does not guarantee the condition, ownership or delivery of an offered item. To the extent the law allows, Belkoop is not liable for indirect damage from using the site.

Belgian law applies to these terms. The courts of Belgium have jurisdiction, without limiting mandatory rights of a consumer.
